Out of Hamburg, we operate as the network’s European Digital Commerce hub and help our international clients be successful at the Digital Shelf, in Direct-to-Consumer marketing, in Social Commerce as well as with their eMail Marketing and eRetail media endeavors.
Our offer is centered on Strategic Intelligence, artfully done Creative, and end-to-end Project Management.

The Role:
The (Junior) Online Marketing Manager works with our clients to execute the day-to-day project plans. They’re a committed and pro-active partner and consultant, not a mere contact person.
They work closely with the Key Account Manager and coordinate and manage all relevant stakeholders – internal and external – at a project level.
The person we’re seeking writes strong project briefs and drives the quality of projects with an ambition to deliver value to our clients’ business beyond the actual brief.
They’re a partner with a strong sense of ownership and their structured approach makes it easy for them to manage and implement a large volume of content deliveries.
If you love to put in the work and are a clear organizer, empathic people person, strong operator and communicator, this is the role for you.
You:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a marketing, agency or consulting environment.
- Ideally gathered experience with Digital Commerce channels and eco-systems, specifically, Digital Shelf touchpoints such as pure players like Amazon, ePharmacies, or other eRetailers.
- Know the ins-and-outs of Project Management and have high standards when it comes to managing projects on time, on budget, on quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passionate about great outcomes and strive to make good things even better.
- You craft compelling presentations and concise project plans and documentation.
- You write and talk fluently in English, and maybe in German, too, but that’s not a must.
We:
- Believe in partnership – with our clients and our colleagues.
- Are a young, motivated, and multi-national team and we believe more in culture, mindset, and skills than in static job descriptions.
- Roll up our sleeves and enjoy creative endeavors and challenges to grow with our clients, striving to do “Great Work That Works”.
- Like New Work and offer a hybrid model on-/offsite.
You’re a real team player and would enjoy becoming a part of our growing agency? We look forward to getting to know you!
