The IAM Developer performs technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance and modification of IAM systems focused on managing user identities and user access to system resources. The IAM Developer plans, installs, configures and optimizes the operation of IAM components; Develops code to integrate IAM components; Tests components for both functional and robustness; Moves code it into production; maintains system documentation of configuration settings, operating and recovery procedures and data structures; Designs and maintains user reports to support management information needs; Troubleshoots IAM system/component failures as they occur and provides solutions; Joins the project team for system implementations, which may include designing products, programming, providing team leadership, testing, implementing, reporting, reviewing finished products and tracking performance and data quality; Cooperates with business analysts and architects for requirements gathering
The objective of this assignment is to independently conduct an analysis and document the logging and monitoring capabilities of the Omada Identity Platform, specifically regarding the provision of security-relevant audit information for centralized security monitoring processes. This requirement stems from identified logging and monitoring needs for critical applications, as well as the logging and monitoring specifications outlined in the Security Standards.

Scope of Services:
• Analysis of available audit and security log sources within the Omada platform
• Assessment of the availability and suitability of security-relevant events for logging and monitoring purposes
• Creation of structured documentation regarding available log sources and event types
• Definition of an Omada-specific logging concept, including relevant security events
• Evaluation of potential export and integration options for audit logs
• Preparation of a technical report detailing findings and recommendations for future implementation
• Documentation of assumptions, limitations, and identified risks
Deliverables:
• Documented inventory of Omada audit logs
• Logging and monitoring concept for Omada
• Overview of security-relevant events and log types
• Technical integration assessment for the provision of audit logs
• Final report with recommendations for addressing identified monitoring gaps
Framework Conditions:
The service is to be delivered as a self-contained work package with clearly defined outcomes. The scope of the assignment covers the creation of the analysis, conceptual, and documentation artifacts. Operational implementation, acceptance testing, and subsequent operational activities are not included in this scope of services.
