Prior Experience with Nielsen Spaceman application/product
Experience operating in global, multi-country and complex stakeholder environments.
Practical experience with agile product-delivery models and ITIL- aligned operational processes.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and relevant monitoring or documentation tools
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. Assess functional and non-functional requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend solution options within approved architecture and solution guardrails
2. Create implementable functional and technical product specifications and translate approved stories or tickets into configuration and deployment inputs
3. Configure approved changes, perform peer reviews and execute developer-level unit, integration and regression tests where applicable
4. Resolve defects and incidents, support hotfixes, releases and migrations, and provide third-level support during critical periods. Collaborate with Operations on availability, performance, monitoring and operational improvement
5. Preserve critical product knowledge through current documentation, SOPs, training, onboarding and structured handover
