Role Overview
The AI Tech Lead serves as the primary technical leader and customer-facing representative for AI and Generative AI initiatives. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, driving architecture decisions, leading development teams, and collaborating directly with customer stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade LLM, Agentic AI, and Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
The individual will provide technical leadership across AI strategy, solution architecture, agent orchestration, retrieval engineering, model governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment while ensuring alignment with customer goals, business outcomes, security requirements, and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Hands-on experience with LangGraph and Agentic AI architectures.
Expertise in Agno framework and reusable agent skill development.
Deep knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Experience with:
o Chunking strategies
o Embeddings
o Vector databases
o Semantic search
o Hybrid retrieval
o Reranking
o Citation grounding
Strong understanding of model routing, orchestration, fallback, and failure handling strategies.
Experience building AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
Advanced Python programming expertise.
Experience in API development, microservices, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments.
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and scalable AI architectures.
Required Technical Skill Set:
Microsoft Copilot, LLM, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and enterprise AI adoption, Agno, LangGraph and Agentic AI architectures, Chunking strategies, Embeddings Vector databases, Vector databases

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
Experience delivering production-scale AI solutions in large organizations.
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
