IT-Software Asset Manager (m/w/d) – Locations: Deutschlandsberg, Szombathely, Málaga To strengthen our IT team at our locations in Deutschlandsberg, Szombathely or Málaga, we are looking for an IT-Software Asset Manager.
Your responsibilities
Operation and further development of our service platform (Matrix 42)
Establishment and expansion of global ITIL asset management processes
Responsible for advising on processes related to the ITIL service platform and for the global software asset management process
Advising on and reviewing licensing issues
Standardizing and expanding the most important core processes related to IT support
Supporting colleagues in designing new and existing processes
Qualifications
Degree in IT Systems Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
Many years of experience in IT operations management and its processes (ITIL)
Familiar with service management tools
Good knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM)
Professional in the field of license management
Familiar with the planning and implementation of IT Projects
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Business‑fluent English skills, written and spoken
Salary: from € 4,500 gross per month (14x), with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
