Project Coordinator Facility Management & Immission Control Officer (mf/d)
Your assignment:
- You develop facility projects for modernization, performance enhancement, and cost reduction, ensuring their targeted implementation.
- You manage and coordinate projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are monitored at all times.
- You are responsible for project controlling as well as comprehensive and transparent documentation.
- You lead external service providers, coordinate all relevant stakeholders, and ensure smooth collaboration.
- You assume the role of Immission Control Officer, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and provide expert internal advice.
- You monitor project success, continuously optimize processes, and serve as the central point of contact for authorities and permitting procedures.
Your Profile:
- You have completed vocational training in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanics, supplemented by a further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-certified Technician.
- You bring at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, coordinate tasks confidently, and delegate efficiently.
- You possess strong analytical and complex thinking skills, make well-founded decisions, and always keep the big picture in mind.
- You act proactively and in a structured manner, with a passion for innovation and developing new solutions.
- You have a solid command of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel), as well as proficiency in both German and English.
