Your mission
As the Head of Sales Operations, you will oversee the sales support and order administration team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all sales documentation and customer orders. You will generate insightful sales analytics and collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer journey. Managing lead qualification processes and fostering customer success to build long-term relationships and maximize satisfaction and retention will also be key responsibilities.
You will continuously optimize internal sales processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness. Leading and developing a high-performing team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing strategy.
This role is based in Tübingen (DE) or Stockholm (SE), with a hybrid working schedule allowing for a mix of office and remote work.
Your profile
You possess extensive experience in software sales operations, internal sales, and marketing, supported by a relevant degree. Your background includes a proven track record in driving efficient order processing and customer success management for software products, as well as building high-performing teams. Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required.
