Jobübersicht

Die Projektmanagement-Teams von TE Connectivity sind verantwortlich für die Organisation der operativen Aspekte der Projekte vom Beginn bis zur Umsetzung. Sie koordinieren abteilungsübergreifende Teams und dienen als Verbindung zwischen Projektmanagement und -planung, den Projektteams und dem Linienmanagement. Unsere Teams überprüfen den Stand der Projekte und Budgets, organisieren Zeitpläne und bereiten Statusberichte vor. Sie bewerten projektbezogene Probleme und entwickeln Lösungen zur Einhaltung der Vorgaben und Ziele in den Bereichen Produktivität, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit. Sie entwickeln außerdem Mechanismen zur Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Intervention und Problemlösung mit Projektmanagern, Linienmanagern und Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben :

• Sie planen, kontrollieren und leiten die ihm zugewiesenen Projekte aus
• Sie arbeiten proaktiv mit allen Funktionen zusammen, um Projekte termingerecht, kostengerecht und in der erforderlichen Qualität abzuschließen
• Sie verwalten Risiken, Probleme und Compliance in allen Projekten, für die er verantwortlich sind
• Sie lösen Konflikte und eskaliert Themen in den von ihm verwalteten Projekten angemessen
• Sie kommunizieren Aufgaben, Rollen, Erwartungen und Verantwortlichkeiten regelmäßig und effektiv an alle Teammitglieder
• Sie nutzen und entwickeln Best Practices im Projektmanagement
• Sie dokumentieren gewonnene Erkenntnisse aus Projekten, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu fördern
• Sie unterstützten verschiedene Phasen des Projektmanagement-Lebenszyklus und nutzt die Tools und Techniken, um Berichte über Projekt-/Programmleistung, Budgets und Zeitpläne zu erstellen
• Sie sind verantwortlich für regelmäßige Projektstatusreports

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in einem geeigneten Bereich oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss in der Region
• Formale Ausbildung im Projekt-/Programmmanagement ist wünschenswert. PgMP- oder PMP-Zertifizierung sind ein Plus
• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie ist wünschenswert. Erfahrung im Projekt- und Ressourcenmanagement ist wünschenswert
• Einige Erfahrung mit LEANPD-, Waterfall- und Agile-Methoden
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
