KOLSQUARE CULTURE experience with collective agreements and works councils Comfortable building HR processes and tools from the ground up, not just running an established framework Excellent communication and stakeholder management, high emotional intelligence, and real conflict-navigation skills Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus Nice-to-haves Experience partnering across a multi-entity or multi-brand group, or in a post-acquisition/integration context Data-driven mindset with experience in HR reporting and people analytics; familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. HiBob) and engagement tools (e.g. Culture Amp) is a plus Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and supporting hiring managers in defining role profiles WHAT WE OFFER?
