The company operates a regulated electronic trading platform for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities, serving banks, asset managers, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals. /ppWith ~100 employees and rapid international expansion, the company is entering a new growth phase and building out its Swiss trading sales team. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3pThe Role /ppAs Trading Sales Distribution Executive, you will drive client acquisition and trading volume on the company's regulated platform. Your mission: onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and generate revenue through trading fees and custody services. /ppKey Responsibilities: /ppProactively build a pipeline and prospect new clients: banks, securities firms, asset managers, corporates, HNWIs /ppOwn the full sales cycle: qualify leads, coordinate RFI/RFPs, manage meetings, negotiate and close deals /ppEnsure rapid, frictionless client onboarding in collaboration with KYC and technical teams (FIX connectivity setup) /ppManage existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and active platform usage /ppCoordinate with Product teams on feedback and sales handover /ppRepresent the company at industry events and conferences; contribute to marketing and PR /ppMonitor the competitive landscape and propose new sales strategies /ppBusiness Model Context: /ppBrokerage fees: percentage of trading volume executed on the platform /ppCustody fees: percentage of average assets under deposit /ppYour role is to onboard clients, drive deposits, and generate order flow /ph3Candidate Profile /h3pYour Profile /pp5–10 years of experience in trading and/or brokerage sales within financial services (broker, exchange, trading desk) /ppSolid, diversified book of institutional clients /ppStrong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and capital markets /ppExperience managing complex pipelines and long sales cycles /ppKnowledge of financial promotion, marketing, and cross-border regulations /ppBachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field /ppFluent in English; French or German a plus /ppComfortable with travel to visit clients on-site /ppImportant: This role is about selling access to the trading platform and driving usage – not selling software.
