Key outcomes of the role

• You actively manage and work on content projects including recruiting and coordination of freelancers, demand management, quality management and further development .
• You will get to know our SEO strategy and ensure that all measures in your projects are implemented correctly.
• You use AI tools , for example to optimize processes or create content.
• You will help design processes for compliance with and optimisation of our quality standards and implement them accordingly.
• You independently set up KPIs and evaluate them in order to successfully manage your projects.
• From your analyses , you derive important learnings for your and the other editorial departments – so we can learn from each other and constantly develop.
• You actively develop your projects, optimize workflows and ensure that we react to new technologies or market changes.
• You will have regular feedback meetings with your employees, identify their strengths and ensure that we use and support each individual in the best possible way.
• As an experienced project manager , you will actively support the editorial management in achieving our goals.

About you

• You have successfully completed your studies or an apprenticeship.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in project management and/or as a team lead .
• You are very good at organizing yourself even with complex tasks and never lose track of your tasks and priorities . You have a passion for well-researched, comprehensible and error-free texts and are interested in consumer topics.
• SEO skills and AI skills are a plus, but not a must.
• You are interested in developing yourself further and driving our promising projects forward.
• You are ambitious and have high standards for the quality of your work.
• You speak German at native speaker level and also have a good command of English.
