Our anonymous online-software enables companies to get an insight into the mood, opinions, ideas and innovations of their employees in an individual and smart way. Our analytics allow for results in real-time, smart feedback processes and benchmarks that help identify strengths and development areas. Taking the right actions made easy.

Our goal? We develop a solution for companies that helps creating a successful, innovative and transparent company culture with employees that are engaged and happy.

Founded in 2014, we now have a highly motivated team of 8 innovative, engaged, out-of-the-box people.

Stellenbeschreibung

Become part of our team and support the creation of a tool that improves company culture and communication for all kind of companies.

• Support in developing new features and enhancements for the product
• Roadmap Planning.
• Plan and execute your own projects with the support of the team.
• Support in maintaining system security and reliability.
• Work with a small, focused team of developers as well as interface with everyone in the company.
• Gain experience managing your own workload and schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-/Master studies in computer science, business administration, economics etc.
• First experiences in web development.
• Demonstrated, practical knowledge and experience with Java and Grails (or another MVC framework), as well as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with GitHub or other version control tools.
• The willingness to learn fast and deal with new projects and ideas on a daily basis.
• Passion for Start-Ups.
• Self-Organised, motivated and a team player.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are very welcome.
