As a result of this focus, we are seeking local experience to help build and shape the HR market in the region. We are seeking energetic sales-oriented individuals who are eager to advance their careers from all sales backgrounds.
We are looking for people who have worked in high outbound roles, whether that is in a call centre, door-to-door, customer success associates, appointment setters, junior SDRs, BDEs, and AEs. Additionally, we are looking at individuals with a growth mindset, who would love on-the-job support, partnered with an excellent training and development program, giving you the tools to be successful with the next steps of your career and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- The attitude to deliver results against your monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
- Team player: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to your direct peers.
- Adapt and Learn Quickly : Utilize the tools, systems, and resources provided to accelerate your success and take the next steps in your sales career.
- Embrace Continuous Learning : Participate actively in the company’s training and development programs, seeking ongoing growth and professional development.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency; delivers results in a timely manner.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
