Due to continued growth and success of the Teamtailor product globally, we are now looking to improve our outreach in the DACH region. As a result of this focus, we are seeking local experience to help build and shape the HR market in the region.
This growth is being led by Maria Böhrer , who has been with Teamtailor since 2019 and has grown from a Sales and Business Development Executive through to the Sales Manager DACH during that time.
Outlined below are some of the key responsibilities and skills we are seeking from a potential candidate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
- Growth mindset: Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Team player: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to your direct peers.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
