Responsibilities

• Work independently in the veterinary team, performing ambulatory and/or operative duties in clinic or vehicle practice depending on experience.
• After individual onboarding, independently perform operative or curative tasks in specific medical fields, with modern technology supporting diagnostics.
• Actively contribute to expanding and developing the dental medicine offering and dental station, collaborating with partner institutions.
• Ensure professional client communication and accurate documentation of treatment processes.
• Collaborate closely with the practice team, discuss case presentations, differential diagnoses, and treatment options.
• Participate in night and weekend duty rotations with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Completed veterinary medicine studies and hold a German veterinary license.
• At least one year of experience in a horse practice or clinic, with prior experience in equine dentistry preferred.
• Passion for horses and their health, confident handling of horses.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and professional client interaction.
• Responsible, meticulous, and calm under stressful situations.
• Team‑oriented, enjoys collaboration in developing the equine health centre.
• Willingness to learn and pursue professional and personal development.
