  • Assist the Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Help analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of actionable insights. Create awareness of processes and assist in our continuous improvement.
  • Leverage your analytics skills and assist in preparing customer success reports, presentations, and documentation to track performance metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing creative ideas and solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • We help you familiarize yourself with CRM, BI tools and more.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages e.g. German are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

What we offer

  • Contract location would be Goeppingen, Germany

  • Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
