Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international Accounts Payable team across multiple countries
• Own the full AP process: invoice capture, payments, internal controls, and vendor management
• Drive automation and process improvements in a dynamic IT-driven environment
• Collaborate with Procurement, Controlling, and Accounting for seamless operations
• Manage financial reporting for quarterly IFRS & HGB closings
• Stay actively involved in daily operations, setting the tone for the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid background in Accounts Payable or finance operations
• Proven leadership experience in an international context
• Hands-on mentality with strategic thinking
• Passion for process innovation and digital tools
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong sense of ownership and desire to grow
