Overview

In this role you will design and develop platform-independent client/server functionalities in C++, contributing to secure, connected enterprise IT. You’ll optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability while driving features end-to-end from concept to rollout. You will work with AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and quality, applying critical thinking on security and design. You’ll mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and help shape technical direction in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. • Design and develop cross-platform client and service features in C++
• Optimize algorithms and adopt new technologies for performance improvements
• Own features end-to-end from concept to rollout
• Improve codebase reliability, maintainability, and security
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and automated workflows
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
• Advise product owners on feasibility and effort estimates

Zentrale Anforderungen

• University or college degree in relevant field (unknown specifics)
• 7+ years of OO software development experience in C++ (C++14+)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (coding agents, LLM-based assistants)
• Knowledge of build tools (CMake, Git; Conan a plus)
• Experience in parallel programming, distributed systems, security, SQL, or network communication (desirable)
• Independent, proactive work style; strong analytical and collaborative skills
• Fluency in English; German a plus
