As our Director Global People Services (m/f/d) you will lead the strategic and operational direction of global HR Operations, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient HR services across all regions. You will provide governance for global payroll, HR processes, and HRIS systems, enabling data‐driven decision‐making and operational excellence. By driving standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement, your goal is to strengthen workforce effectiveness and support global business objectives. You will work with international, remote, diverse, open-minded, helpful and friendly team of HR professionals across multiple regions.
The position is limited to 12 months as a maternity cover, and is on full-time basis with a workload of 40 hours per week.
