Head of Information Security (100%) Your contribution As Head of Information Security, you will lead and develop Tecan’s IT (Cyber) Security domain, ensuring robust protection against internal and external threats.
You’ll drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT security strategies, guidelines, and solutions.
Collaborating across the business, you’ll define and govern IT security measures, support all IT teams, and partner with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities Define, own and continuously evolve Tecan's global Information Security and Cyber Security strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop the Information Security organization, including people leadership, budgeting, vendor management and capability development.
Own the corporate Information Security Management System (ISMS) and maintain ISO 27001 certification across the organization.
Establish enterprise-wide cyber risk management, security governance, policies, standards and security metrics.
Advise the CIO, executive leadership and senior stakeholders on cyber risks, security strategy and regulatory requirements.
Drive security architecture and ensure security‑by‑design across infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee Security Operations, Threat Detection, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management and Cyber Resilience capabilities.
