End User Support Engineer – Roles & Responsibilitie
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issue
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile device
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Active Directory and Microsoft 36
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other business-critical softwar
Diagnose and resolve incidents through ticketing systems while meeting SLA requirement
Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities
Configure and support email clients, VPN access, and remote connectivity solution
Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and application access issue
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipmen
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for issue resolutio
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning and account setu
Provide remote and onsite support to users across multiple location
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base article
Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and procedure
Monitor and escalated critical incidents to appropriate teams when necessa
