Scope of Work We require an onsite IT Support Engineer to support laptop build and deployment activities.
Responsibilities
Build and configure laptops for end users.
Install and configure Windows 11 (25H2) as required.
Configure user profiles, system settings, and standard applications.
Validate successful deployment and device functionality.
Perform basic hardware and software health checks.
Ensure laptops are fully operational and ready for end‑user use.
Provide activity updates and obtain customer sign‑off upon completion.
