We require an onsite engineer to support laptop deployment and operating system installation activities at the customer site. Responsibilities
Perform OS installation on a Dell Pro 14 laptop using PXE imaging via the local Distribution Point Server. Monitor and verify successful operating system deployment. Validate device functionality following OS installation. Perform basic post-build checks, including hardware and software validation. Ensure network connectivity and system readiness. Troubleshoot any deployment or imaging-related issues encountered during the process. Coordinate with the remote support team if additional assistance is required. Provide status updates throughout the activity. Obtain customer sign-off upon successful completion of the deployment. Tools Required
Laptop LAN (RJ45) Cable Bootable USB/Pen Drive (for fallback support if required) Mobile Phone with Internet Access Preferred Skills
