Detailed Job Description

As an On-Site IT Dispatch Technician at Itazon across Germany, you will take full ownership of executing on-site client dispatch tasks, hardware swap-outs, asset recovery, and logistics handoffs. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass traveling to designated customer sites across multiple German cities, replacing existing user laptops with new provisioned replacement devices, securely collecting old equipment, and handing over retrieved assets to designated logistics couriers. You will follow task-specific installation guides, maintain professional communication with business users, and report task statuses accurately. Working in a fast-paced technology deployment environment across Germany, you will drive operational reliability, customer satisfaction, and rapid service fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit designated B2B customer sites and corporate offices across various regional locations in Germany.
• Replace existing customer laptops and end-user computing devices with pre-configured replacement units.
• Securely collect old laptops, verify asset tags, and hand them over to designated logistics and courier companies.
• Follow task-specific IT deployment instructions, configuration checklists, and standard operating procedures.
