Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Promoter to strengthen our online presence and drive brand growth across LinkedIn and Instagram. This role focuses on creating engaging content, growing our audience organically, increasing brand visibility, and building meaningful relationships with professionals and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, stories, and promotional content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop content tailored for professional (LinkedIn) and visual (Instagram) audiences.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice across all platforms.
2. Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries promptly.
- Engage with industry leaders, professionals, and relevant communities.
- Build relationships with followers to increase engagement and brand trust.
3. Growth & Promotion
- Implement organic growth strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Research and use effective hashtags, trends, and promotional techniques.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach by connecting with professionals and sharing company updates.
4. Performance Tracking
- Monitor post performance, audience insights, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare reports with recommendations for improving campaign performance.
- Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience behavior.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram business accounts.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and hashtag strategies.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.
