We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Research Project Assistant to join our team, supporting local and international economic and business development initiatives. This part-time role involves research, project coordination, and grant-writing support. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, communicative individual passionate about international business and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on economic development trends, industry insights, and emerging business opportunities.
- Compile, analyze, and present data to support project objectives, reports, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare research summaries, briefs, and other documentation as needed.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, grant applications, execution, and management of various projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Track project progress, identify challenges, and prepare regular updates and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination and research, or a similar role.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Trello.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting research or managing projects in economic development or related fields.
- Multilingual skills are an asset.
