Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with an assigned list of small business partners (shop-to-shop visits)
- Travel daily to meet local partners (routes, contact info, and maps provided)
- Promote services, ensure client satisfaction, and close transactions
- Work with basic reporting tools (Excel, company CRM)
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Qualifications
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Basic English (enough to communicate with internal teams)
- Valid Category B driver's license and willingness to travel daily
- Basic tech skills: using Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel
- Experience with shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client‑servicing roles is a plus
- Good communication, responsibility, and ability to work without micromanagement
