What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with an assigned list of small business partners (shop‑to‑shop visits).
  • Travel daily to meet local partners (routes, contact info, and maps provided).
  • Promote services, ensure client satisfaction, and close transactions.
  • Work with basic reporting tools (Excel, company CRM).
  • Represent the company professionally in the field.

What You Need

  • Fluent German (spoken and written).
  • Basic English (enough to communicate with internal teams).
  • Valid Category B Driver’s License and willingness to travel daily.
  • Basic tech skills: using Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel.
  • Experience with shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client‑facing roles is a plus.
  • Good communication, responsibility, and ability to work without micromanagement.
