At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager (regional focus in Baden Württemberg) to join one of our client teams in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with an assigned list of small business partners (shop-to-shop visits).
- Travel daily to meet local partners (routes, contact info, and maps provided).
- Promote services, ensure client satisfaction, and close transactions.
- Work with basic reporting tools (Excel, company CRM).
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
What you will need / Qualifications
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Basic English (enough to communicate with internal teams).
- Valid Category B Driver’s License and willingness to travel daily.
- Basic tech skills: Using Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel.
- Experience with shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Good communication, responsibility, and ability to work without micromanagement.
