Your first months as an Account Executive In your first months, you will take on full sales cycles within a 40-hour work week, managing client relationships and driving recruitment and outstaffing service agreements for companies ranging from startups to established enterprises. You will engage directly with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their staffing and software development needs, presenting tailored service packages that align with TechBiz Global's offerings. What you bring Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or recruitment consulting Strong communication skills for negotiating service contracts and building client relationships Familiarity with the staffing and software development industry landscape Ability to manage a 40-hour weekly schedule across hybrid working arrangements in Berlin If you match most of these requirements and are ready to shape our client partnerships, we encourage you to apply.
