Techfirm Engineering is looking for a MSAT Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Industrial Services team in Switzerland.
- As a
- MSAT Project Manager
, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing process transfer projects, New Product Introductions (NPI), Process Performance Qualification (PPQ), and process improvement initiatives
, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, timelines, costs, and quality objectives.
What You Will Do
- Lead MSAT projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, governance, and integrated project plans.
- Coordinate process transfer activities, validation activities, change management, and GMP documentation preparation.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Master’s degree or Ph D in: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or equivalent scientific/technical discipline.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- MSAT activities.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, process transfers, validation lifecycle, change control, deviation management, CAPA processes.
- Good understanding of ICH guidelines (Q8–Q12).
- Experience leading cross-functional projects without direct hierarchical authority.
- Familiarity with project management tools: MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent.
- Experience with quality and manufacturing systems: e QMS, LIMS, MES, ERP systems.
