I have a requirement for an Antenna Integration/RF Engineer for a 6 month+ freelance contract in Southern Germany (Bavaria region).
Role Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Antenna Integration Engineer with strong RF and antenna engineering experience to support the design, integration and production of advanced systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, integrate and validate antenna and RF systems.
- Support antenna integration from initial design and development through to production.
- Ensure effective antenna placement, RF performance and integration with wider system architectures.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting and performance validation using appropriate RF and antenna test equipment.
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to resolve integration challenges and optimise system performance.
- Background in antenna engineering, RF engineering or antenna integration.
- Experience taking antenna or RF solutions from design through to production.
- Practical understanding of RF testing, validation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance or contract engineering environment.
- Engagement: Freelance / Contract
- Location: Hybrid / Remote, with onsite attendance ideally every second week as a minimum.
- Flexibility: Greater remote working flexibility is possible where the contractor has access to the necessary RF testing and antenna measurement equipment.
