An innovative semiconductor company is seeking an experienced Lead So C Architect - Low Power Wireless to define and drive the architecture of next-generation wireless semiconductor platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of advanced low‑power So C solutions, working with global engineering teams to develop innovative products for high‑growth technology markets.
What you'll do as a Lead So C Architect - Low Power Wireless
- Define the end‑to‑end So C architecture, including digital architecture, system partitioning and integration strategy for next‑generation wireless platforms.
- Lead architectural decisions across digital, RF, analog, mixed‑signal and embedded software domains.
- Develop system‑level concepts and drive optimisation across power consumption, performance, silicon area, cost and scalability.
- Define digital So C architecture, including processor integration, digital subsystems, interfaces, memory architecture and system connectivity.
- Lead cross‑functional technical alignment across global engineering teams, ensuring successful collaboration between architecture, design, verification and software functions.
- Oversee So C integration activities, including IP integration, package considerations, PCB requirements and system‑level implementation.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, technology strategy and competitive benchmarking.
- Support the full product development life cycle from requirements definition and architecture through design, validation, qualification and production.
What you'll bring as a Lead So C Architect - Low Power Wireless
- MSc or Ph D in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in semiconductor So C architecture, digital design architecture, wireless IC development or related fields.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering complex low‑power So Cs from concept through to successful production.
- Strong expertise in digital So C architecture, including processor‑based systems, digital subsystems, IP integration and system‑level design.
- Experience with wireless architectures, RF integration and mixed‑signal semiconductor systems.
- Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy or similar low‑power wireless technologies would be highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating across RF, analog, digital design, verification and software engineering teams.
- Experience developing products for automotive, medical or other high‑reliability applications would be advantageous.
