Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Technogym, you will pro-actively identify and engage exceptional talent across Germany and beyond, shaping long-term pipelines and partnering with leadership to translate business strategy into hiring strategy. You’ll elevate our employer brand through targeted sourcing, marketing, and storytelling across digital channels. You’ll build sustainable talent communities, optimize recruiting workflows, and drive data-driven hiring with SAP SuccessFactors. This is an international, fast-moving role at a global wellness leader.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Proactively search, engage and build relationships with high-potential professionals across Germany and beyond
- Develop and translate business strategy into hiring strategy with Hiring Managers and senior leaders
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Improve recruiting processes, tools and guidelines to increase efficiency and candidate experience
- Enhance employer branding through collaboration with HR and Marketing across LinkedIn, social media and digital channels
- Leverage SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and data-driven insights to optimize hiring
- Consult and train leaders in the Talent Acquisition process
- Collaborate internationally with the global TA team and participate in cross-functional projects
- Position Technogym as an attractive employer and act as a brand ambassador
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and partnerships with universities and partners
- Align recruitment metrics and KPIs with business goals so as to continuously raise performance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Executive Search
- Extensive Active Sourcing expertise and ability to identify passive candidates
- Strong experience recruiting commercial, technical and corporate professionals
- Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms
- Experience building sustainable talent pipelines
- Understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting KPIs
- Curiosity for AI-powered recruiting and emerging sourcing technologies
