In more formal terms, we are a consulting firm specializing in engineering, IT and digital project management. We are an international company with a Franco-German DNA. Our 3,500 employees are of 45 different nationalities and are spread across 27 offices in 10 countries, including France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Portugal, Egypt, and the Netherlands.
We are looking for an EHS coordinator to support our activities in Berlin.
Contract: 6 Month with potential extension - 40 hours per week
Salary range: 40.000 to 47.000 per year
Task
- Preparing weekly EHS reports.
- Assisting with site inspections and follow-up documentation.
- Organizing and distributing documents to operational teams.
- Creating and updating presentations and trackers.
- Managing SharePoint document libraries.
- Executing direct tasks from the EHS Site Manager.
- General coordination and administrative support tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Good knowledge of SharePoint
- Proficient in English
- Prior EHS knowledge is not mandatory but would be beneficial.
