Job Title : HVAC Project Manager (Mission Critical Sector)
Location : Hamburg, Germany
Salary : €85,000 per annum
Rotation : 17/4 (17 days on, 4 days off)
Living Allowance : €6,500 per month

Role Overview :
As the HVAC Project Manager for our mission-critical sector, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects, specifically within data centers and other critical facilities. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from design and commissioning to final implementation. You will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that each project meets industry standards, is delivered on time, and remains within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HVAC installation, retrofit, and upgrade projects in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, telecom facilities).
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
- Manage client relationships, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that project objectives align with client needs.
- Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Review and approve project-related documentation, including technical drawings, contracts, and scope of works.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor\’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably within the mission-critical or data center sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, design, installation, and maintenance within high-stakes environments.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards for mission-critical facilities.
- Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical and operational efficiency.
