Job Description
Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Brand Design Team, based in Berlin, Germany.

As the Marketing Graphic Designer , you will shape how we visually communicate our brand across channels. In this hybrid role, you are responsible for designing compelling marketing assets and producing engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion .
Responsibilities:

Own all creative workflows to d esign and execute on digital and print marketing assets including paid media ads, social media ads , web visuals , UGC and marketing campaigns

Create and edit complelling multimedia content such as short-form videos, GIFs, reels, and animations for our social media campaigns and organic channels

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions and on-brand visuals

Ensure consistency of brand look and feel across all digital touchpoints

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices for digital marketing and social media

Hands-on s upport on operational tasks in design, production, and creation of graphic material
Required Skills:

+ 3 years of experience in a similar role

Bachelor\’s degree in design , or related field

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , and Figma; AI Tools such as Midjourney are a Plus
-
Experience with video editing software ( e.g. CapCut , Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design and compelling content work, strong visual and storytelling skills, including a strong foundation and understand in visual design (typography, color theory, layout),passion for graphic design, and attention to detail

Ability to balance creativity with functionality and brand consistency ; adapting designs for different channels and formats (web, print, social) and converting briefs into successful creative assets

Experience with paid social campaigns ( e.g. Meta, TikTok ads) and a native understanding of social media und latest trends

Excellent communication , collaboration, and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action

Photography and videography skills are nice to have (but not required )
