Product Manager (Founding Team) — Own product end-to-end at an early-stage AI company. Berlin, Germany (office first).
Our client is building AI agents for high-stakes enterprise workflows. They're looking for a Product Manager to join on the ground floor as a core member of the founding team.
You'll partner directly with the founders and engineering team, owning complex product and commercial problems end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration — and help shape both your role and the company’s product culture as it scales.
What You'll Do
- Own the lifecycle of core product initiatives, partnering directly with engineering to ship world‑class AI products
- Dive into unsolved AI problems, figuring out how to build and scale agents for high‑stakes enterprise workflows
- Get hands‑on with AI — testing and refining the product using prompt engineering, context management, and AI evaluations
- Engage directly with customers to discover requirements and become a trusted partner to their business
- Shape the product roadmap alongside customers, founders, and engineering
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in product management, software engineering, consulting, or a related role
- Exceptional product sense and user empathy, with strong technical curiosity
- Based in Berlin (or eager to relocate), fluent in English and German
- Bonus: experience with AI/LLMs or B2B enterprise software
