This is a senior position for a temporary assignment from 2 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, with planned internalization afterward, at a workload of 80-100% (42 hours/week at 100%). You will keep the site fully compliant with corporate standards and Swiss regulations within an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Acting as the key HSE expert for site management, you will build a strong safety culture and drive environmental performance. The role combines hands-on site work with close alignment to the Group HSE function. /p /brh3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead the deployment and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 /li /brliImplement Group HSE policies and standards, and monitor and report on site HSE objectives and KPIs /li /brliRun the regulatory watch, assess compliance, and drive gap-closing actions with Legal, HR or Facilities as needed /li /brliAct as point of contact for authorities (e.g. SUVA, labour inspectorate, environmental authorities) and support inspections /li /brliDefine the site safety strategy and HSE roadmap, and drive initiatives to reduce incidents and occupational risks /li /brliLead risk assessments and workplace inspections, including contractor and co-activity management, with authority to stop work in case of serious and imminent danger /li /brliIdentify environmental aspects and impacts, and oversee internal and external environmental reporting (waste, emissions, energy) /li /brliEnsure incident investigations and root cause analyses are carried out, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions /li /brliTake part in internal HSE audits as auditor and auditee, prepare external ISO certification audits, and close non-conformities on time /li /brliSet up and implement the site HSE training plan, deliver trainings, and drive awareness and safety culture initiatives /li /brliAdvise the Site Manager and line managers on HSE matters, and coordinate the site's HSE contact persons /li /brliDevelop and maintain emergency response plans, lead drills, and support management in crisis situations /li /brliProvide accurate and timely HSE reporting to Group HSE, and contribute to Group initiatives and best practice sharing /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brli5-8 years of experience in HSE management /li /brli5-8 years of hands-on experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 /li /brliASA certification (Swiss specialist for occupational safety and health protection) /li /brliCertification in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 /li /brliBusiness-fluent German /li /brliGood spoken and written English /li /br /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
