The project focuses on optimizing our alignment with customer needs, further developing our product offerings, and modernizing framework agreements.br/br/You will work in a dynamic environment and help ensure that our underwriting practices remain competitive and comply with current market standards.br/br/ /p pbTasks and Responsibilities /b /p ul liAnalysis and revision of the existing customer orientation strategy within the property and casualty (PC) insurance sector. /li liEvaluation and development of insurance products for SMEs to ensure their competitiveness in the market. /li liReview and optimization of underwriting guidelines, principles, and control mechanisms. /li liDefinition and assessment of appropriate underwriting limits and deductibles, taking industry and coverage types into account. /li liConducting comprehensive analyses of current market practices as well as internal underwriting processes. /li liOptimization of framework agreements to increase operational efficiency. /li liDocumentation of optimized processes, recommendations, and standardized operating procedures (SOPs). /li liClose cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, and Underwriting. /li liPresentation of strategic insights and concrete recommendations to specialized teams and management. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p pbMust-haves /b /p ul liSeveral years of professional experience in the Swiss SME commercial insurance market. /li liProven practical experience as an Underwriter, Technical Underwriter, or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the property and casualty (PC) insurance sector. /li liSound technical expertise in property and/or casualty insurance. /li liVery good practical knowledge in the areas of underwriting guidelines, risk assessment, and portfolio management tools. /li liStrong ability to work independently and generate immediate value with minimal onboarding time. /li liFluent in German and/or French. /li liStrong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as high problem-solving competence. /li /ul pbNice-to-haves /b /p ul liSpecialized experience in engineering insurance or commercial general liability insurance. /li liPractical experience with broker distribution structures and the associated contractual agreements. /li liSound knowledge of operational underwriting processes and insurance operating models. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
