To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Cyber Security Consulting. The scope of duties include the following:Responsibilities:Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit,enables business value,provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.Develop and execute the cybersecurity consulting strategyLead and mentor a team of cybersecurity architects and engineers.Advise divisions on cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulationsDevelop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions in scope of IT, OT and Product SecurityDelivers Risk Assessment, Security Architecture Reviews, and Security Solution Designs.Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesBachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years in IT, Cybersecurity or Business Consulting, and 3+ years in a leadership role ideally in CybersecurityFollowing certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).English is a Must, German and French are a plus.Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworksStrong knowledge of security technologiesCustomer and Stakeholder ManagementExcellent communication and presentation skillsReadiness for global travelOur offerWe offer you a secure job, progressive and family-friendly employment conditions such as flexible working hours, hybrid working and opportunities for further trainingOne Passion.
