Rahmenbedingungen

• Einsatzort: Baustelle im Außeneinsatz (Salzgitter) | remote
• Zeitraum: März 2025 bis Juli 2025 (mit Option auf Verlängerung bis Juli 2026)
• Umfang: ca. 1.200 Stunden gesamt
• April 2025: ca 4 Tage/Woche vor Ort
• Mai und Juni 2025: Vollzeit vor Ort
• Ab Juli 2025: 3-4 Tage/Woche vor Ort
• Rest: remote

Aufgaben

• Sie leiten und überwachen Bauprojekte eigenverantwortlich von der Planungsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung.
• Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Gewerke sowie Subunternehmer im Bereich Bauleitung, Stahl- und Rohrleitungsbau.
• Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Terminvorgaben konsequent eingehalten werden.
• Sie kommunizieren mit Auftraggebern, Architekten und Ingenieuren und stimmen sich eng mit diesen ab.
• Sie erstellen Bauablaufpläne, überwachen deren Einhaltung und kontrollieren regelmäßig die Baukosten.
• Sie führen regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen durch und erstellen aussagekräftige Statusberichte.
• Sie identifizieren baubeeinträchtigende Situationen frühzeitig und leiten entsprechende Gegenmaßnahmen ein.
• Sie setzen Bauzeitpläne um und sorgen für deren konsequente Einhaltung.
• Sie führen Kooperationsgespräche mit Auftraggebern sowie Nachunternehmern durch und gestalten diese lösungsorientiert.
• Sie bewerten Schweißnähte fachgerecht gemäß der Erdgasdruckleitungsverordnung, idealerweise auf Grundlage Ihrer schweißtechnischen Qualifikation.
• Sie übernehmen das Reporting und behalten im Rahmen des Projektcontrollings alle relevanten Kennzahlen im Blick.

Profil

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium und bringen fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Rohrleitungsbau mit.
• Sie können eine mindestens zehnjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Baustellen vorweisen, insbesondere im Bereich von Industrieanlagen und Brownfield-Projekten.
• Sie besitzen umfassendes Wissen im Umgang mit komplexen Rohrleitungssystemen und Modulen.
• Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im DVGW-Regelwerk sowie grundlegendes statisches Verständnis, beispielsweise zur Bewertung von Trassenverläufen, Rohrlagerstellen und Prüfstatik.
• Sie bringen Erfahrung im Claim-Management mit und sind in der Lage, Vertragsabweichungen fachkundig zu beurteilen.
• Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Qualifikation als Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator (SiGeKo) gemäß Baustellenverordnung.
• Sie sind technisch qualifiziert zur Beurteilung von Schweißnähten, etwa als Schweißfachmann oder Schweißfachingenieur.
• Sie überzeugen durch ein sicheres Auftreten, ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
