IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie übernehmen die fachliche Leitung der EMSR-Montagearbeiten im Rahmen einer großtechnischen Wasserstoff-Elektrolyseanlage mit einer Gesamtleistung von zweimal 100 Megawatt und stellen sicher, dass sämtliche Arbeiten termin- und qualitätsgerecht umgesetzt werden.
• Sie koordinieren die Installation und Inbetriebnahme von elektrischen Systemen wie Niederspannungsanlagen, Gleichrichter, Kabeltragsysteme und elektrisches Begleitheizungs-System und gewährleisten deren fachgerechte Umsetzung.
• Sie verantworten die Ausführung der Mess- und Regeltechnik einschließlich Prozessleitsystem PCS7 und stellen sicher, dass alle Instrumentierungssysteme im Einklang mit den technischen Spezifikationen und Sicherheitsstandards arbeiten.
• Sie sorgen für die konsequente Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen und überwachen die Einhaltung von Lockout-Tagout-Procedures (LOTO), um einen sicheren Arbeitsablauf auf der Baustelle zu gewährleisten.
• Sie stimmen sich eng mit Engineering, Bauausführung und Inbetriebnahme ab und sichern eine reibungslose Integration aller Systeme in den Gesamtbetrieb.
• Sie begleiten Abnahmen, prüfen die Einhaltung relevanter Normen und unterstützen die Lösung technischer Fragestellungen im Feld.

IHR PROFIL

• Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Bachelor/Master) oder eine anerkannte Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von EMSR-Gewerken im industriellen Großanlagenbau und sind mit elektrischen Systemen, Instrumentierung und Prozessleittechnik bestens vertraut.
• Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Koordination von Bauabläufen sowie im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Prüfunterlagen mit.
• Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eine klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit aus, unterschiedliche Interessen professionell aufeinander abzustimmen.
• Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse, um auch in internationalen Projektteams sicher agieren zu können.
