IHRE AUFGABEN

• Durchführung von Überdrehzahlprüfungen an Verdichterteilen gemäß API 617, um die Funktionalität und Sicherheit der Rotating Equipment zu überprüfen.
• Durchführung von Dichtheitsprüfungen an Verdichterteilen gemäß API 617, um die Integrität und Dichtheit der Komponenten sicherzustellen.
• Anwendung von Penetrant Testing-Techniken zur Erkennung von Oberflächenfehlern wie Risse, Poren oder andere Diskontinuitäten in Materialien.
• Identifizierung und Dokumentation von Oberflächenfehlern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Geräte den Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
• Durchführung von zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen, um die Integrität und Sicherheit der Rotating Equipment während Inspektionen zu gewährleisten.
• Erstellung detaillierter Prüfberichte und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften und Standards.

IHR PROFIL

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Inspektion und Prüfung von Rotating Equipment, insbesondere im Bereich Kompressoren.
• Nachweisbare Qualifikationen und Zertifizierungen im Bereich Penetrant Testing (z.B. Level 2 oder höher), idealerweise in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien von API 617.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Prüfmethoden gemäß API 617 und anderer relevanten Normen und Standards.
