IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie sind verantwortlich für die technische Steuerung, Überprüfung und Bewertung von komplexen Bauverträgen mit einem hohen Auftragsvolumen.
• Sie führen die Prüfung von Nachträgen dem Grunde nach gemeinsam mit den Teams der Bauüberwachung und dem Einkauf durch und verteidigen sich gegen unberechtigte Forderungen der Auftragnehmer.
• Bei Änderungen im Bauablauf setzen Sie aktive Steuerungsmechanismen ein und optimieren technische Lösungen im Dialog mit den Planungs- und Baubeteiligten.
• Ihre Stärke liegt in der Planungskoordination, mit der Sie die Schnittstelle der Planung und Ausführung professionalisieren.

IHR PROFIL

• Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach- / Hochschulstudium mit der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder ähnlich, alternativ bringen Sie gleichwertige Kenntnisse mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung mit.
• Durch fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Realisierung von Bauprojekten haben Sie sich bewährt.
• Sie suchen eine abwechslungsreiche, spannende und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit, in der Sie als Teil des Teams zum Erfolg des Großprojektes beitragen können.
• Sie behalten den Überblick über komplexe Sachverhalte, setzen gut Prioritäten und arbeiten strukturiert.
• Ihre klare, offene und ehrliche Kommunikation überzeugt, und Sie können Ihren Standpunkt vertreten, ohne dabei die Bedürfnisse anderer aus den Augen zu verlieren.
• Eine hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, eine kunden- und unternehmensorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
