Role Description Own product engineering end to end: architecture, delivery, quality, team.
Stay close to customers.
Sales engineering is part of the job, you will sit in discovery calls, run technical evaluations and turn objections into roadmap.
Take the Context Engine from working product to category-defining infrastructure.
Work iteratively and hands‑on: weekly sessions, real increments, no steering committees.
You are based in or within commuting distance of the Zürich area.
Qualifications Experience leading engineering in a software company: VP Engineering, Head of Engineering or equivalent.
A product manager's instincts with hands‑on coding experience.
You think product, architecture, and delivery as one problem.
Real exposure to brownfield and legacy codebases.
You know why a ten-year-old monolith is harder than a greenfield demo.
Working experience with AI-assisted development: agentic coding, code intelligence, or building with LLMs in production.
You understand the full product lifecycle, from discovery to operations, not just the sprint board.
