Apprenticeship – Mechatronics Engineer for Refrigeration Technology (m/f/x) for 2025

Period of apprenticeship: 3.5 years

We are looking to fill the following position at our head office in Altenstadt/Hesse from 1 August 2025 :

Apprentices (m/f/x) – Mechatronics Engineer for Refrigeration Technology

Mechatronics engineers (m/f/d) for refrigeration technology (formerly known as refrigeration plant engineer) plan and install refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including electrotechnical and electronic components. You will maintain the units and retrofit them if required.

Does science and technology interest you? Then you can expect a wide range of training programs in metalworking, installation techniques, thermodynamics, soldering and welding, electrical installation, and electrical engineering. Refrigeration technology has a wide range of applications, for example in the sectors of produce, process, medicine, air conditioning, chemical, and automobile industries.

Required qualifications:

• Secondary school certificate
• Grades in mathematics, physics, and chemistry should be at least satisfactory
• Keen interest in technology and craftsmanship
