Essential Qualifications & Experience University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline. 5 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.5+ years of experience in NATO capability development, programme management, or defence acquisition.3+ years of operational experience within NATO or national space operations.

Demonstrated experience integrating space operations within NATO or national commands.

Knowledge of NATO Space Policy, CPP governance and PMT processes.

Minimum 3 years of operational experience with Command & Control (C2) systems within the last 10 years, either as a military officer or civilian.

Experience supporting multinational programmes and senior-level governance Website Management experience within the last 10 years in a complex and dynamic programme environment.

Working knowledge of Configuration Management methods and practices.

Working knowledge of Capability Architectures.

Experience with IBM Rational DOORS or an equivalent requirements management tool.

Relevant certification should be provided where available.

Key Responsibilities Support the ACT Space Branch PMT in delivering and synchronizing the NATO Space Capability Programme (CPP) across projects and tranches.

Support the integration of NATO Space capabilities into operational planning and execution.

Coordinate operational requirements and user feedback across STC, SHAPE, ACT, NCIA, NSPA and national space organizations.

Develop and maintain programme documentation including project proposals, implementation plans, programme reviews, risk registers, dashboards and capability roadmaps.

Support operational validation and integration of Space capabilities into NATO Command & Control structures.

Support synchronization of Operational Space Support (OSS), Space Domain Awareness (SDA) and Space Domain Coordination (SDC) capabilities.

Support development of operational procedures, playbooks and coordination mechanisms for space-enabled operations.

Support training, exercises, experimentation, wargaming and operational demonstrations involving Space capabilities.

Contribute to programme governance, PMT meetings, Bi-SC coordination and senior leadership engagements.

Identify and prioritize operational capability gaps and requirements.

Assess operational impacts, lessons learned, programme risks, dependencies and critical paths.

Support NATO exercises and experimentation activities, including Arctic Sentry, Cosmic Sentinel and related activities.

Contribute to operational acceptance, readiness assessments and transition planning.

Support engagement with industry and commercial space organizations in support of NATO's Commercial Space Strategy.

Prepare briefings, analysis and recommendations for STC leadership.

Support meetings and conferences within and outside NATO boundaries, with travel of up to 30 days per year.
