Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding ADP products via phone and email
  • Use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers, resolve issues, and assist in the use of ADP products and systems
  • Follow up and follow through throughout new projects, requests, and cases
  • Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, decide on a course of action, and be accountable for actions and decisions
  • This role is looked as true account on communication with Delivery service providers. (DSP)
  • The customers are independent business owners and entrepreneurs.
  • They will be on the phone all day 80%. Break out to team meeting.
  • There are 3 levels that they can grow in. Understands tied to a desk.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance and training as needed.
  • Meet department standards and metrics

This is a Contract position based out of Maitland, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
