We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Launch Engineer to join our innovative Robotics Project team and play a key role in the successful deployment and testing of cutting-edge robotic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite testing activities and coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite issues, communicating and escalating risks to Product Managers, Product Launch Managers, Program Leaders, and Operations teams.
- Audit operational roles, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement.
- Support operations teams through training, coaching, and the establishment of best practices.
- Contribute to weekly testing reports, providing clear insights, progress updates, and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
